Core Ethical Principles

Integrity & Professional Conduct
Partners must conduct business with honesty and transparency, providing accurate representations of Sentrix capabilities and limitations. All business practices must avoid conflicts of interest and maintain professional standards expected in regulated environments.
1
Compliance with Laws & Regulations
Adherence to applicable local, national, and international laws is mandatory. Partners must respect industryspecific regulatory requirements and support client audit obligations, particularly in sectors requiring enhanced compliance controls
2
Information Security & Data Protection
Protection of customer and partner information through security best practices is required. Partners must implement appropriate controls for handling confidential data and maintain security standards consistent with enterprise cybersecurity frameworks.
3
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Partners must respect intellectual property rights and safeguard proprietary information. Sentrix materials, documentation, and client data require responsible handling according to confidentiality agreements and data classification standards
4
Fair Competition & Anti-Corruption
Bribery, unethical influence, and anti-competitive practices are prohibited. Partners must engage in fair and lawful competition, maintaining transparent business dealings and ethical sales practices across all markets.
5
